First the bad news, I am a lazy little f*k and can't stick to any thing for more than an hour. The cover didn't turn out right so nix that. The good news is my brother got me a drawing book for mangas, I will study it for a while and keep practicing. If I can keep consistent I will be able to start the comic.
Until then I will write the history of my main character.
One more thing, to those who are watching me, please comment and tell me some tips to staying more consistent.

I personaly suck at drawing with my hands, at least through my eyes. On the other hand, I can think up introcit and beautiful pictures in my mind. (can't we all) The only real thing I am good at is making up stories by placing my own personal character into other people's work, by means of making up tons of different stories in the process.
